Meredith M. Broome, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Government Financial Policy, Treasury Department, will speak about the financial market turmoil and impacts on the student lending and mortgage crisis from the perspective of the Treasury Department.

Roberta McInerney, Deputy General Counsel for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), which is an independent agency of the Federal Government that protects against the loss of insured deposits if an FDIC-insured bank or savings association fails. The FDIC is playing an important role in dealing with the financial market turmoil along with the Treasury Department and the Federal Reserve.

Robin Taylor, Vice President, Taxable Fixed Income Sales, Finacorp Securities, with over 25 years experience in financial markets.
