Managing the Multi-Sector Workforce:
A Lunchtime Dialog with NAPA

February 9, 2006

Special Bylaws Vote follows the presentation!*

Join National Academy of Public Administration's President Morgan Kinghorn and Hannah Sistare, Director of the Academy's Human Resources Management Consortium, for a look at some of the issues surrounding the increasing use of outsourcing to get the job done. The Academy is an independent, non-partisan organization chartered by Congress to provide "trusted advice" on governance issues. It has launched a project to help federal agencies as they utilize "the multi-sector workforce" to carry out Federal programs.

* Your Board of Directors is proposing a set of changes to the organization’s Bylaws designed to address a number of needs voiced by members and leaders in the organization. Our goal is to create more opportunities and make it easier for members to join and participate in the organization. Be a part of this revitalization!

The vote will take place during the business meeting immediately following the presentation at 12:45.
Click here to view the proposed Bylaws and information or contact the EWG offices for a print copy. Should you wish, you may attend the business meeting only. If you are unable to attend, you may make arrangements for voting by proxy. Please contact the EWG Office for details on either: 301-725-3500.
