Treasury Executive Institute 801 9th Street NW, Washington, DC Metro: Gallery Place
Executive Women in Government (EWG) and the Treasury Executive Institute (TEI) Are Co-Sponsoring a Seminar at TEI on Preparing SES Certification Packages

The Federal Government is expecting a surge in Federal retirements at all levels in the next few years. Now is the perfect time for you to learn what it takes to be in the SES ranks and how to get there. Please join EWG and TEI for a special seminar featuring Carol Harvey, who retired from OPM where she administered the SES personnel system and is now working as a private consultant and trainer to various Federal agencies. Click here to read her bio.
Carol will offer an inside view on the qualifications and process based on her years at the Center for Leadership & Executive Resources Policy. Her session will help you better understand the SES selection process, and she will offer concrete tips for crafting effective ECQ write-ups based on her experience as OPM’s Candidate Development Program and the Qualifications Review Boards administrator.
EWG is pleased to offer this program to our members free of charge as one part of our ongoing mentoring program, which is designed to help Federally employed women advance to the senior levels of Government.
Bring your lunch and we will provide dessert, coffee and tea. Please plan to arrive early.
Registration is now closed.
This event is FREE to EWG Members. (Please note: This event is open only to EWG members and TEI participants. If you're not currently an EWG member, join today!)
