Dear EWG Members, Guests, and Sponsors,
Thank you for making EWG's 35th Anniversary Gala a wonderfully magical celebration! On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to tell you how delighted we are that you were able to join us on January 14, 2010, for an historic moment in the life of our organization.
Our evening was one of shared memories, an opportunity to spend time together, to pause and remember all that has been accomplished and all that remains to be done. As I looked at the impressive women leaders present for our Odyssey dinner cruise, at their friends, families, and supporters, I was immensely encouraged at the prospects that lie ahead.
I know that each of you will want to preserve the legacy of women like Judge Joyce Hens Green, EWG's fourth President, and create a legacy of your own for those who will celebrate EWG's future milestones. I look for your participation and support as we join hands to ensure that our legacy is as vibrant and productive as that of our predecessors. I hope you enjoyed the wonderful performance by Ms. Loretta Giles and her accompanist, Mitch Mitchell--they have certainly set a high bar for EWG entertainment and we are grateful to them!

Come celebrate Executive Women in Government's 35th Anniversary aboard the Odyssey with a Gala Dinner Cruise! Loretta Giles, star of Broadway and a favorite at the Kennedy Center, will be joining us on board. You'll have the opportunity of a lifetime to see up close one of Broadway's brightest stars!
You will enjoy an evening view of DC, exquisite cuisine prepared fresh onboard daily (preview the enticing menu), a waiter will take your individual appetizer, entrée, and dessert orders, live entertainment (music) will be provided along with a very inviting dance floor.
We will cap the celebration with a toast to 35 years of EWG successes -- our Founding members, our past-Presidents, past and present Board members, our EWG members and Friends of EWG. Come join the fun -- catch up with friends and make some new ones!
